DRA Announces Strategic New Hire

DRA is pleased to announce that Ron Paolillo has joined the firm’s South Windsor studio as Project Manager.

Ron has more than 25 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. He has worked as an interior and architectural designer for design firms, corporations, and private universities. His experience encompasses a variety of project types including education, laboratory & research, healthcare, and commercial interiors. Most recently, Ron held the position of Director of Marketing and Business Development at a commercial furniture dealership specializing in educational environments.

Ron is a member of the Society for the Marketing of Professional Services, serving on the Connecticut Chapter’s Board of Directors and is co-chair of the Membership Committee. He is also a member of Professional Women in Construction, serving on the Connecticut Chapter’s Board of Directors and is a member of the Scholarship Committee. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College.

In his new role, Ron will be Project Manager for two public library projects. Along with project management responsibilities, Ron will work within the studio on a number of initiatives and assist with business development and client retention efforts.
