DRA Announces Two New Hires

DRA is pleased to welcome two new hires.

Javier Ramirez, joins the firm’s Waltham, MA studio as a Project Manager. Javier has over 30 years of architectural experience on a variety of project types for educational clients. He specializes in master planning, feasibility studies, and design of educational facilities, and has extensive experience working with independent schools. Javier’s knowledge of campus environments will reinforce the firm’s expertise and capacity to service our private institutional clients. Javier received his Bachelor of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College in Boston, MA.

Chris Heppner, joins the firm’s South Windsor, CT studio as a BIM/CAD Designer. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the architecture and engineering industry in the Connecticut area. His background includes projects for educational, municipal, commercial, and industrial clients. Some of the educational facilities that Chris has worked on recently in Connecticut include: Middleton High School, Conrad High School, Danbury High School, and Cheshire High School. In his new role, Chris will design educational and civic projects. Chris holds a degree in Architectural Technology from Capital Community College in Hartford, CT.
