Hopkinton Early Elementary School Breaks Ground

DRA Architects recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the Hopkinton Early Elementary School in Hopkinton, MA. The new school is being designed for 80 pre-Kindergarten students, and 395 Kindergarten and first grade students. The design includes a cafetorium, gymnasium, media center and other specialized spaces including an art and music room. The project is scheduled to be completed in time for the 2018-2019 school year.

Targeting LEED Silver certification, the Early Elementary School will include many sustainable features, including a photo-voltaic array on the roof.
