A new one story fire station with double drive-through apparatus bays. This design of a 7,300 SF building on less than one acre of land with difficult topography was completed within a six
month time period, including all local approvals. Energy saving features include polished concrete floors, super insulated walls/ ceilings, windows with triple silver coating, metal roof with recycled content, LED light fixtures and energy efficient HVAC system. Completed in 2012.
