This Performing Arts Center includes a 1,000-seat house, an adjustable proscenium opening, two technical / lighting catwalks, orchestra pit, caliper arm stage with adjustable thrust stage configuration, 65-foot fly with full technical grid. It provides theater and performing arts space for both the schools and community as well as professional level traveling stage users.

The DRA team carefully planned for the shared school-community-professional use of the space by carefully crafting site circulation reconfiguration to ensure adequate parking and traffic flow, while improving site safety through vehicular / pedestrian traffic separation.
