The Marshfield Athletic Center is a multifunction sports facility on 12.68 acres. The facility is mixed construction (metal and concrete block) one story building with mezzanine space. A transparent wall of glass is designed at the main entry to provide a warm feel and offer views of the surrounding landscape. One key component of the design is to maximize the exposure of each user to the variety of recreational and athletic activities. The use of glass draws observers visually into adjacent spaces allowing views of multiple activities.
